Do recordings using kantalk.com. This site lists different topics which you can chose and then build a discussion around with other visitors. Record and submit your own thoughts, or record your comments as a response to someone else. You can also meet other English learners that use skype and arrange further direct speaking practice. A great site if you have trouble finding practice partners. There are even IELTS preparation topics.
